# Firstbase Integration Guide

## Import the equipment you manage in Firstbase, with purchase details and who it's assigned to.

Connect Firstbase to import your equipment into Setyl, with purchase details and assignees.

### What's synced

Name, Model, Manufacturer, Serial Number, Purchase Price, Currency, Specifics and User. Setyl also assigns each item to the person it's assigned to in Firstbase.

### Connect Firstbase

1. Sign in to your Firstbase dashboard and go to **Settings \> API**.
2. Generate an API key if you don't have one, and copy it.
3. In Setyl, go to **Settings \> Integrations**, find **Firstbase** and click **Connect**.
4. Paste the **API Key**, then save and connect.

### After you connect

New devices appear in **Assets \> All Assets \> To Review**, unless you've turned on auto-create. See [What are MDM integrations?](https://help.setyl.com/what-are-mdm-integrations?hsLang=en)
