# How do I change a Person's role?

Changing a Person's role:

1. Log in to Setyl
2. On the left tab click **People** \> **All People**
3. Select the Person in question
4. Under **Status & Assignments** select "Edit"
5. In the "Role" field select the desired role for that Person
6. Click "Update Person" to save the change

You can also quickly change a person's role when viewing their profile by directly clicking on their role which is located at the top of their profile.
