How do I change my password?

If you're using an email and password to log in to Setyl, you can change your password directly from your account.

How to change your password

To change your existing password:

  1. Go to Setyl.com and click Log In in the top right corner

  2. Log in using your existing password or SSO
  3. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  4. Select Personal Settings

  5. Navigate to General along the top menu

  6. Under Change Password enter your current password

  7. Enter your new password

  8. Click Change Password

Your new password will take effect immediately. You’ll need to use it the next time you log in.

Password requirements

When choosing a new password, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 12 characters long

  • Must include at least one uppercase letter

  • Must include at least one lowercase letter
  • Must include at least one digit

Forgot your password?

If you can’t remember your current password, you’ll need to reset it instead:

  1. Go to Setyl.com and click Log In in the top right corner
  2. Click Sign in with Email
  3. Click Forgot Password?
  4. Enter the Company email associated with the account.
  5. Click Send me reset password instructions
  6. Check your email for a password reset link and further instructions

If for some reason you do not receive a password reset link please check your junk email or spam folder.
