How do I change the cost of a License?

To change the cost of a License:

1. Log in to Setyl
2. Go to Apps > All Apps
3. Select the App of the License you wish to change the cost of
4. Select the License you wish to change the cost of
5. Click the edit button in the "Billing & Seats" section of the License
6. First confirm the billing frequency
7. Select the correct "Pricing Structure"
8. Enter the Fixed cost/Price per Seat/Cost per Assignee
9. Click "Save Changes"

What if I pay a base fee plus a fee per user?

Create two Licenses on the same App. Give one a Fixed cost for the base fee, and the other a per-seat or per-assignee price for the user fee. Assign your people to the per-user License.

How is Expected Monthly Spend calculated?

Setyl estimates each License's monthly spend from its pricing structure: the fixed cost, or the price multiplied by the number of seats or assignees. It's an estimate. Invoices and transactions aren't included. If more people are assigned than the seats you've entered, the estimate goes up, so keep the seat count up to date.
