How do I create a Renewal Reminder for a License?

1. Log in to Setyl
2. Go to Apps > All Apps
3. Select the App of the License you wish to create a Renewal Reminder for
4. Select the License you wish to create a Renewal Reminder for
5. Click the edit button in the "Plan" section of the License
6. Select "+ Add Renewal Reminder"
7. Enter how long before the License ends you wish to be alerted of the upcoming renewal date
8. Click "Save Changes"

Who receives renewal reminders?

Both the App's Business Owner and Technical Owner receive them, even while the App is still in Onboarding. Only the Business Owner is required, so add a Technical Owner if someone else should hear about renewals too.

Can I change the reminder email?

Not at the moment. The reminder email text can't be customized.

How do I stop getting these emails?

Each person controls their own emails. Click your profile icon beside the blue + in the top right, select Personal Settings > Notifications, and untick Licenses have upcoming end date. Admins can't change another person's notifications. If someone needs their emails changed and can't do it themselves, email hello@setyl.com.

Scheduled reports are managed separately, under Personal Settings > Reports.
