How do I export my data within Setyl?

You can export People, Assets, Apps, Licenses and Surveys to CSV. When an export is ready, you'll get an email. You can also download it straight away: click your profile icon beside the blue + in the top right, select Personal Settings, then select Downloads & Uploads. To export your People

1. Go to People > All People.
2. Click the ⋮ (3 dot) icon in the top right.
3. Select Export to CSV.

To export your Assets

1. Go to Assets > All Assets.
2. (Optional) Filter the assets you want to export.
3. Click the Download icon in the top right.

The export includes each asset's assignee, so you can use it as a list of who has which device.

To export your Apps and Licenses

1. Go to Apps > All Apps and select the Register tab.
2. Click the ⋮ (3 dot) icon in the top right.
3. Choose one of these:
   • Export Apps to CSV: every app in your register.
   • Export Licenses with People Assigned to CSV: each license and the people assigned to it. Use this for a report of who has which license.
   • Export Licenses with Assets Assigned to CSV: each license and the assets assigned to it.

To export your Surveys

1. Go to People > Surveys.
2. Click the Download icon in the top right.
