# How does Setyl handle my data?

Setyl is designed from the ground up to collect as minimal a set of information as possible to run the service. Setyl takes great responsibility in maintaining rigorous controls in respect of any data which is collected, stored and used; with all processes designed to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.  Setyl is also ISO 27001 certified. Setyl will never share your data with any third party without your prior, explicit and clear consent.

Setyl is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (registration number ZA798244) as a data controller and processor, and is regulated by the UK Government’s Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018, including having a nominated, registered Data Protection Officer.
