How is the number of People calculated?

Setyl is billed on a per Unit basis.

Units consist of People and Service Accounts.

A Person is a single Unit. The number of People are calculated based on the sum total of People with a status of onboarding, active or offboarding. Archived People are not included.

A Service Account is 0.25 of a Unit, rounded up to the nearest whole number. The number of Service Accounts is calculated by taking a sum total of active Service Accounts. Archived Service Accounts are not included.

A total of People and Service Account units is calculated every 24 hours, to provide a pro-rated monthly figure.
