How to connect and use the Zoom integration

Automatically track your organizations’ Zoom licenses and usage, identify opportunities for cost savings, and maintain an accurate register of users with a direct connection to the application.

The Zoom integration allows you to sync up-to-date assignee, activity, license and contractual information into Setyl.

How to configure the Zoom integration

Note: You must have Setyl Owner rights to establish the connection.

  1. Log in to Setyl.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Locate the Zoom integration by scrolling the page or using the search box.
  4. Click Connect.
  5. You will be prompted to log in to your Zoom account, where you’ll be asked to grant Setyl permission to access some of your Zoom data. Click Allow.
  6. You will then be redirected to the data mapping configuration page in Setyl. Here, you can adjust integration priorities and select your preferred data sources. 
  7. Click Save & Connect.

Once the setup is complete, Setyl will start synchronizing with Zoom. A green Connected label will appear on the integration card when the process is complete.
