Is Setyl audited for data security?

Setyl is certified by an independent third party to ISO 27001 Information Security Management standards.

Setyl has been independently audited, and is offered as an approved supplier by GDPR in Schools, a UK based organisation that ensures businesses like Setyl have sufficient safeguards, processes and approaches in place.

Our in-house team of experts are vetted prior to joining, and receive regular training on the correct procedures for handling sensitive data. We take great care to ensure that access to systems is restricted to legitimate need and regularly review the data held to ensure that we only store data for as long as is necessary.

Setyl's systems are regularly penetration tested.

Setyl is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (registration number ZA798244) as a data controller and processor, and is regulated by the UK Government’s Data Protection (Charges and Information) Regulations 2018, including having a nominated, registered Data Protection Officer.
