# Is the Setyl platform penetration tested?

The Setyl platform is penetration tested using an independent third party security testing service.

Setyl works hard to maintain a 0 outstanding issues policy for penetration testing results for all severity levels (critical - optional).

Any recommendations arising from independent penetration testing are addressed as a matter of priority, regardless of severity.

Penetration tests are carried out at least annually as part of our normal development cycle, although we are able to accommodate more regular penetration tests as part of our Advanced Package.

Setyl are able to provide a copy of our penetration testing report to new and existing customers on request.
