# Lansweeper Integration Guide

## Streamline asset management, detect shadow IT, and turn Setyl into your source of truth for IT with a connection to your Lansweeper MDM and asset discovery tool.

The Lansweeper integration enables you to automatically discover and import Lansweeper-sourced assets, together with their specifications, installed software and assignees, into the Setyl platform.

#### How to configure the Lansweeper integration

1. Log in to Setyl.
2. Make sure you have Owner rights.
3. Navigate to **Settings \> Integrations.**
4. Scroll the page to find the Lansweeper integration, or use the search box.
5. Click **Connect**.
6. Input your Lansweeper token in the **Token** field. To find your token, refer to the “Create an application” and “Personal application” sections of the [Authenticate with Lansweeper API](https://docs.lansweeper.com/docs/api/authenticate) article.
7. Click **Save & Connect**.

A few minutes after making the connection, you will find a list of Lansweeper-sourced assets under **Assets \> All Assets \> To Review**.
