You can cancel your Setyl account at any time by contacting Customer Support via the Live Chat on our website.

A minimum of 30 days notice (cancellation period), which can’t end before your minimum term finishes, is required to cancel your account.

Your payments are non-refundable and your account will remain active until the end of the notice period.
