What do I do if my integration with PeopleHR is not importing data?

Your integration with PeopleHR may lose connection in some circumstances.

 

If this is the case, to re-establish the integration:

  1. In PeopleHR, go to Settings > API
  2. Make sure the application actions for the following are allowed:
    - Employee
    - Salary
    - QueryBuilder

If this does not re-establish the integration:

  1. Log into Setyl, go to Settings > Integrations > PeopleHR > "Disconnect"
  2. Reload the Integration page and re "Connect" your PeopleHR integration with a new API key
