Your integration with PeopleHR may lose connection in some circumstances.
If this is the case, to re-establish the integration:
- In PeopleHR, go to Settings > API
- Make sure the application actions for the following are allowed:
- Employee
- Salary
- QueryBuilder
If this does not re-establish the integration:
- Log into Setyl, go to Settings > Integrations > PeopleHR > "Disconnect"
- Reload the Integration page and re "Connect" your PeopleHR integration with a new API key
