# How do I choose which integration Setyl uses for People and Asset data (Integration Priority)?

If more than one integration sends data to Setyl, the details sometimes don't match. Integration Priority tells Setyl which source to trust. There are two separate settings, one for People and one for Assets. Both are in Settings \> Company Settings \> **Data Mapping**.

**People: choose where each field comes from**

Use this when more than one integration sends People data to Setyl, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Slack.

1. Go to Settings \> Company Settings \> **Data Mapping**.
2. Under **People Data Mapping**, use **Select integration priority** to choose the integration Setyl should prefer.
3. Under **Select optional fields to import**, choose which integration each field comes from, such as Job Title, Department, Manager, Join Date or Leave Date. To skip a field, choose **Don't Import**.
4. Click **Save**.

For example, you could take Job Title and Manager from Google Workspace, but Join and Leave Dates from Microsoft 365.

**Assets: set the priority order of your asset sources**

Use this when more than one integration reports the same device, for example Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager. If the data conflicts, Setyl uses the source with the highest priority.

1. Go to Settings \> Company Settings \> **Data Mapping**.
2. Scroll to **Integration Priority & Asset Auto-Create**.
3. Use the up and down arrows to put your sources in order. The source at the top has the highest priority. Tick **Show connected integrations only** to hide integrations you don't use.
