      What is the default role of new People added into the platform?

      A new Person in Setyl is automatically given the "Role"of "Employee".

       

      Exceptions include:

      1. A new Person (automatically pulled in through an integration) is assigned "Onboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Join date" is populated with a date in the future

      Note: If the Person's "Join date" is empty or in the past, the Person will automatically be assigned "Active" status.

       

      2. A new Person (automatically pulled in through an integration) is assigned "Offboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Leave date" is populated with a date within the last 1 year

      Note: If the Person's "Leave date" is more than 1 year ago, the Person will automatically be "Archived".
