# What is the purpose of prioritizing an integration?

You may want to prioritize an integration in Setyl to get more control over your data integrity across your SaaS portfolio and increase employee satisfaction through accommodating their personal detail preferences by simply selecting an integration to prioritize.

 

For example, in cases where the name of a Person varies between integrations, Setyl will use the name from the prioritized integration. This can be important for Victoria who prefers to be called Vicky.
