      When is a Person assigned "Onboarding" status?

      A new Person (automatically pulled in through an integration) is assigned "Onboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Join date" is populated with a date in the future

      Note: If the Person's "Join date" is empty or in the past, the Person will automatically be assigned "Active" status.

      An existing Person is assigned "Onboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Status" is manually changed to "Onboarding"
      • The Person's "Join date" is populated with a date in the future
