Will there be duplicates when I upload a list of License Holders?

No. Upload the spreadsheet of license holders and firstly identify the email address field. Then, you are required to fill out 8 sections (if they are applicable) which flags the following:

• These emails exist in the list but not in Setyl
• These Service Accounts exist in the list but not in Setyl
• These People are in the list but Archived in Setyl
• These Service Accounts are in the list but Archived in Setyl
• These records are in the list but Archived as a Person and a Service Account in Setyl
• These People are assigned in Setyl but not found in the list
• These People are offboarding in Setyl
