Why can I not delete a Department?

In Setyl, permanent deletion of a Department is not possible. This is to maintain a historic record of all activity related to any Department. We utilize a process known as archiving, which is a form of logical deletion.  This ensures that records remain accessible for compliance and auditing purposes.
