      When is a Person assigned "Offboarding" status?

      A new Person (automatically pulled in through an integration) is assigned "Offboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Leave date" is populated with a date within the last 1 year

      Note: If the Person's "Leave date" is more than 1 year ago, the Person will automatically be "Archived".

      An existing Person is assigned "Offboarding" status when:

      • The Person's "Status" is manually changed to "Offboarding"
      • The Person's "Leave date" is populated with a date within the last 1 year
