Atera Integration Guide

Import the devices you manage in Atera.

Connect Atera to import the devices you manage into Setyl.

What's synced

Name, Manufacturer, Model, Operating System, Serial Number, CPU, RAM, Storage Size and IP Address.

Connect Atera

  1. In the Atera Admin Portal, generate a new API Key. We recommend using a service account, so the connection keeps working if someone leaves.
  2. In Setyl, go to Settings > Integrations, find Atera and click Connect.
  3. Paste the API Key, then save and connect.

After you connect

New devices appear in Assets > All Assets > To Review, unless you've turned on auto-create. See What are MDM integrations?

The fields listed above are kept up to date automatically, so manual changes to them are replaced on the next sync. See What is Asset Auto Update?
